WMV Regatta

Thought it was a really good race on Saturday. This years Marina Regatta must have been the closest ever and really went down to the wire - There can only have been minutes or even seconds in it at the end. Thanks to Dan and WMV for their generous support and of course to the WCA for organising the races.

Look forward to another close series next year and hopefully even more boats from the marina taking part.

Many thanks to Dan and all from the WCA who do a lot of hard work to give us so much enjoyment on the water and back on shore.

A big thanks to Dan and the WCA for organising this, it's been a thoroughly enjoyable, and challenging event, we have had some good breezes, strong competition and its been close racing to the end.

I think DaveP commented it must have been down to seconds on the last race, were waiting to see what the official timings are when the WCA publish, should make interesting reading lol.

Bliss definately the ones to watch out for next year, although I dont understand why they were not higher this time round, as they already had one first !.

So until next years regatta, a big thanks to Dan, the WCA, and you guys for making the competition, lets hope for more boats on the line next year.

It's also good to know that all of us who are doing the RTIR are so close in terms of race results on the lake, should make for evenly matched teams.
